Colby cheddar, cream cheese, shallots, garlic, curry, creamed together, topped with mango chutney glaze, served with assorted stone wheat crackers.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Fresh spinach, imported artichoke, roasted peppers, asiago cheese, cream cheese and Colby cheddar, served with toasted pita points.

Iced Gulf Shrimp Bowl

Jumbo Panamanian Shrimp, colorfully arranged in an iced bowl with lemonand fresh parsley, served with our tangy cocktail sauce.

Fried Calamari Rings, Devils Style

Crispy fried rings, tossed with butter, garlic, white wine, cherry peppers, lemon wedges served with marinara sauce on the side.
